Sets out the Wadiz Partnerzone operating policies.

1. What is the PartnerZone Rules?
(hereinafter "Wadiz") aims to build and manage a demand and supply ecosystem where maker customers can receive the services they need at the right time and partner customers can provide services continuously.
Wadiz sells and operates partner service products through the Partner Zone to provide the services required by makers who are newly challenging themselves through projects.
This Partner Zone Operation Policy stipulates the necessary items required for the Partner Services provided through the Partner Zone to be provided in accordance with the purpose of the service.
2. Scope of the Partnerzone Operating Policy
This policy applies to services requested and paid for through the Partner Zone. Individual agreements with partners are not covered by this Partnerzone policy.
3. service type
The Wadiz Partner Zone provides services necessary for the preparation of Wadiz projects with partners with whom we have business alliances.
Partner services are services provided by partners with whom we have business alliances, including story production agency, marketing agency, branding-related (logo creation, package design, etc.) services, etc.
After selecting the required service items during the service application process, the type of service to be used is determined during the consultation stage with Wadiz and the partner. The above scope of service provision and types of services are subject to change in accordance with this Operating Policy.
1) Story production agency services
Story creation agency service means a service where a partner creates a detailed page of a project using text, voice, video, images, etc. to promote or sell funding on the Wadiz homepage.

2) Marketing agency services
Marketing agency service means a service that provides all necessary procedures such as creating and registering advertisement materials, operating advertisements, etc. necessary for conducting or selling funding and conducting advertisements and promotions through the website operated by Wadiz through a partner.

3) Branding-related services
Branding-related service means a service that provides logo creation and package design of the brand/product required for funding through the website operated by Wadiz through a partner.

4. Service delivery process
Any maker preparing for Wadiz can apply for partner services.
However, it is the maker's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the screening and required documents for funding in advance.
Wadiz and its partners are not responsible for any delays in production or failure to pass the project screening criteria due to this, and refunds for services already provided are not possible.
1) Sign up for the service
You can apply for Partner Services through the submission form in the Partner Zone. There are two things you need to do before you can use Partner Services
- Reward samples or equivalent shooting sources (videos, photos, etc.) needed to deliver the service
- Agree to the Terms of Service: Agree to all the terms and conditions that stipulate the rights and obligations of Maker and Wadiz and other necessary matters when using the Service.
2) Service Information
After confirming the service request, the partner service representative in Wadiz will contact the maker by phone or email. During the communication process, the maker will be guided through the overall service provision process and contents.
3) Partner meetings
Partner matches are made by Wadiz after reviewing your application details.
Wadiz will notify you of your matching partner information via email within 3 business days from the date of submission. The partner will contact the maker via phone to guide them through the process of providing the service.
If you change partners and services after the meeting, you'll need to request the change directly from Wadiz.
4) Payments
Makers pay for partner services through the payment link provided by Wadiz after the meeting with the partner.
If it is agreed to pay for partner services by deducting the payment from the project settlement, you can check it in the settlement statement delivered after the project.
5) Complete the build
After the partner confirms payment authorization, the service will begin in earnest. All services are based on the needs of the maker, and the partner can help upload directly through the maker's account. However, these services do not constitute a direct guarantee of project performance by Wadiz or its partners.

The price of each partner service product may change depending on promotions, special exhibitions, etc. and can be checked individually through the reception channel and link.
