Partner Zone Operating Policy
This document sets forth the operating policies for the Wadiz Partner Zone.

Operating Policy Prior to August 19, 2024
1. What is the Partner Zone Operating Policy?
Wadiz Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Wadiz”) aims to establish and manage a demand-and-supply ecosystem that ensures Maker customers receive the services they need in a timely manner and enables Partner customers to provide services on an ongoing basis.
Wadiz sells and operates Partner Service products through the Partner Zone to provide the necessary services to Makers embarking on new challenges through their projects.
This Partner Zone Operation Policy stipulates the necessary requirements to ensure that Partner Services provided through the Partner Zone are delivered in accordance with the purpose of the service.
2. Scope of the Partner Zone Operating Policy
This policy applies to services applied for and paid for through Partner Zone. Services covered by individual contracts with partner companies are not included in the scope of this Partner Zone policy.
3. Service Types
The Wadiz Partner Zone provides services necessary for preparing Wadiz projects in collaboration with our business partners.
Partner Services are provided by our business partners and include story creation, advertising, and branding-related services (such as logo design and packaging design).
During the service application process, select the required service items, and then determine the specific service type you wish to use during the consultation phase with Wadiz and the partner. The scope and types of these services are subject to change in accordance with this Operating Policy.
1) Story Creation Services
The story creation service refers to a service that helps partners create project detail pages using text, audio, video, and images for the purpose of running a crowdfunding campaign or selling products on the Wadiz website.

2) Advertising Agency Services
Advertising agency services refer to services provided by partner companies that handle all necessary aspects—including the creation and submission of advertising materials, as well as ad management—for conducting crowdfunding campaigns, sales, and advertising and promotional activities on the Wadiz website.

3) Branding Services
Branding-related services refer to services provided by partner companies that include the creation of brand and product logos and package design, which are necessary for conducting crowdfunding campaigns on the Wadiz website.

4. Service Provision Process
Any maker preparing a campaign on Wadiz can apply for the Partner Service.
However, makers are required to familiarize themselves in advance with the screening process and required documents for launching a campaign.
Wadiz and its partners are not liable for any production delays or failure to meet project screening criteria resulting from this, and refunds for services already provided are generally not available.
1) Service Application
You can apply for Partner Services by filling out the application form in the Partner Zone. To use Partner Services, you must complete the following two preparatory steps.
- Reward samples or equivalent visual materials (videos, photos, etc.) required for service delivery
- Agreement to the Terms of Service: I agree to all terms and conditions governing the rights and obligations of the Maker and Wadiz, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the Service.
2) Service Information
After reviewing your service request, a Wadiz partner service representative will contact you by phone or email. During this communication, we will provide guidance on the overall service process and details.
3) Partner Meeting
As a general rule, Wadiz reviews applications before matching makers with partner companies.
Wadiz will email you the details of your matched partner company within three business days of receiving your application. The partner company will primarily contact you by phone to explain the service process.
If you need to change your partner or service after the meeting, you must request the change directly from Wadiz.
4) Payment
After meeting with a partner, the maker pays for the partner services via the payment link provided by Wadiz.
If it has been agreed that the partner service fees will be deducted from the settlement amount during project settlement, you can verify this information in the settlement statement provided after the project is completed.
5) Production complete
Once the partner company confirms payment approval, the service will officially begin. For all services, the partner company can assist with direct uploads via the Maker’s account, depending on the Maker’s needs. However, please note that these services do not constitute a guarantee by Wadiz or the partner company of the project’s success.
5. Service Pricing
Prices for Partner Services may vary depending on promotions and special events, and can be checked individually via the registration channels and links provided.
