1. What is the Partner Zone Operating Policy?
Wadiz sells and operates partner service products through the Partner Zone to provide the necessary services to makers embarking on new challenges through their projects.
This Partner Zone Operation Policy sets forth the necessary requirements to ensure that partner services provided through the Partner Zone are delivered in accordance with the purpose of the service.

3. Service Types
The Wadiz Partner Zone provides services necessary for preparing Wadiz projects in collaboration with our business partners.
Partner Services are services provided by our business partners and include All-in-One, Story, and advertising management.
The scope and types of these services are subject to change in accordance with this Operating Policy.
1) All-in-one service
An all-in-one service refers to a service in which Wadiz partners provide all necessary support—including story creation, content filming, and ad management—for projects seeking funding or sales, as well as for advertising and promotional activities, through the Wadiz website.

However, advertising fees and actual expenses incurred for specific areas (such as models, outdoor shoots, and props) are billed separately. We create GIFs, advertising materials, and visual elements using story-based content captured during the three-hour shoot. |

2) Story Creation Service
This refers to a service in which partner companies create project detail pages using text, audio, video, and images to facilitate crowdfunding or sales on the Wadiz website.

3) Advertising Management Services
This service refers to a partnership where a partner company assists with everything from creating the ad materials needed to run a Wadiz campaign to setting up the campaign according to the schedule.
The service consists of two types: a basic setup package and a package that includes ad performance reporting and management.

4) Store Story Editing Service
This refers to the process of creating new price tags for products sold in the store after the maker has opened a store on Wadiz, as well as making minor edits to text that was previously included in images, and preparing a request for image and store updates (PPT).

| If the scope of work exceeds the standard scope, we can proceed after separate consultation. There is no limit to the number of typo corrections within the design (image) created by the partner. However, changes to the design direction are not included. |

4. Service Provision Process
However, makers are required to familiarize themselves in advance with the screening process and required documents for funding.
Partner Services is not liable for any production delays resulting from this, nor for projects that fail to meet the screening criteria, and refunds for services provided are generally not available.
1) Service Application
You can apply for Partner Services by filling out the application form in the Partner Zone. To use Partner Services, you must meet the following two requirements.
- Reward samples or equivalent visual materials (videos, photos, etc.) required for service delivery
- Terms of Service: I agree to the terms and conditions governing the rights and obligations of the Maker and Wadiz, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the Service.
2) Partner Meeting
Wadiz generally recommends partner companies based on the information provided in your application; however, we will give top priority to matching you with a partner of your choice. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will be matched with your preferred partner, as the matching process may fail due to production schedules or the partner’s personal circumstances. We will email you the details of your matched partner within one business day of receiving your application. The partner will primarily contact you by phone to provide guidance on the service process.
You may change your partner or service after the meeting, but you must submit a request directly to Wadiz to make such changes.
3) Payment
Partners must pay the Partner Service fee via the payment link provided by Wadiz following their meeting with Wadiz. If payment is to be made by any other method, the terms agreed upon separately with Wadiz shall apply.
4) Production complete
Once the partner confirms payment approval, the service will officially begin. Depending on the Maker’s needs, the partner can verify the Maker’s account and assist with direct uploads. However, please note that the services provided do not guarantee direct project results.
