We created the "Peace of Mind Care Program" so that even creators who are unfamiliar with the story (detail page) creation process can use our partner services easily and safely.
All makers using our Partner Services are eligible for our Peace of Mind Program. Wadizwill now directly coordinate, mediate, and resolve any issues that arise throughout the entire process of creating your product page.

1. Peace-of-mind monitoring through Wadiz communication channels
A dedicated Wadiz manager is monitoring the process of creatingyour project page. If we find that a partner is not responding appropriately to your inquiries or requests, we will ask them to rectify the situation to ensure you receive the support you need.
2. Resolving disputes on your behalf during the production process
Due to unforeseen changes in the schedule or miscommunication, various issues—both major and minor—may arise between our partners and creators during the creation of product detail pages.
