This document sets forth the operating policies for Wadiz Partner Services.

1. What is the Partner Service Operation Policy?
Wadiz Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Wadiz”) operates and sells partner services—including content creation—in collaboration with external partners to support makers in achieving successful funding campaigns. This Operating Policy sets forth the necessary guidelines to ensure that makers consistently receive high-quality services and to foster cooperation among makers, partners, and Wadiz based on mutual trust.
2. Scope of the Partner Service Operating Policy
This policy Wadiz Partner Zone . Therefore, cases where related services are provided through external agencies or freelancers without going through the Partner Service application and contract procedures are not covered by this Service Operation Policy.
3. Definition of Service Terms
본 정책에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 아래와 같습니다. 본 정책에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 아래에서 정하는 것을 제외하고는 관련 법령에서 정하는 바에 의하며, 관련 법령에서 정하지 않는 것은 일반적인 상관례에 의합니다.
1) 서비스 제공 항목
파트너서비스란, 메이커가 와디즈 서비스 이용시 필요로 하는 서비스(콘텐츠 제작 등)를 와디즈와 파트너의 협력을 기반으로 제공하는 서비스입니다. 파트너서비스는 아래 항목의 서비스를 제공하며, 파트너서비스 이용 1건 당 1개의 와디즈 프로젝트 스토리를 제작할 수 있습니다.
a. “스토리”란 “메이커”가 와디즈 홈페이지에서 진행하고자 하는 프로젝트의 상세 페이지를 의미하는 것으로 텍스트, 음성, 화상, 이미지 등의 정보
또는 자료를 포괄하여 의미합니다.
b. “기획”이란 프로젝트의 스토리 구성에 대한 기획 및 글 작성 등에 따른 결과물을 의미합니다.
c. “제작”이란 “기획”을 바탕으로 진행되는 일체의 촬영 서비스와 디자인 업무를 포괄하여 의미합니다.
d. “촬영 서비스”란 “메이커”의 스토리 작성을 위해 리워드로 제공할 제품 혹은 서비스 등을 촬영 및 보정, gif 파일 제작하는 등의 작업을 포괄하여 의미합니다.
e. “디자인”이란 “기획” 및 “제작”을 바탕으로 “스토리”를 시각화 하는 일체의 작업을 의미합니다.
2) 서비스 유형
파트너서비스는 제공 파트너 레벨 및 최종 산출물에 따라 STAGE1, STAGE2, STAGE3로 구분합니다. 서비스 유형 별 포함사항은 ‘4. 파트너서비스 세부 사항’을 따릅니다.
3) 공통
a. “메이커 미팅”이란메이커와 파트너가 와디즈 스토리를 제작하기 위해 논의하는 시간을 의미합니다.
i. “사전 미팅”이란 메이커와 파트너가 매칭된 이후 최초 연락을 통해 간단한 방향성과 제작 일정을 조율하는 미팅을 말합니다.
ii. “착수 미팅”이란 계약 및 결제가 완료된 이후 본격적인 업무 착수를 위해 기획 방향성을 공유하고 의견을 맞춰가는 미팅을 말합니다.
b. “수정 횟수”란 파트너의 작업물에 대해 메이커가 수정 혹은 변경을 요청할 수 있는 횟수를 의미합니다.
c. “스토리 입력”이란 메이커 스튜디오 내에 와디즈 상세 페이지를 업로드 하는 업무를 의미합니다.
d.“심의 수정”이란 메이커 스튜디오에 프로젝트 제출 후 와디즈에서 스토리 수정을 요청하는 사항에 대해 반영하는 작업을 의미합니다.
e. “작업 기간”이란 메이커의 스토리를 제작하기 위해 파트너가 메이커가 전달한 자료를 스터디 하기 시작하는 시점부터 계약서 상에 기재된 용역 제공이
모두 완료되는 시점까지의 기간을 의미합니다.
f. “저작물 사용 범위”란 와디즈가 제작한 와디즈 스토리를 와디즈가 아닌 타 채널에 노출이 가능한 범위를 의미합니다.
g. “원본”이란 파트너가 촬영 혹은 디자인 작업 후 수정하거나 변경하지 않은 파일을 의미합니다.
4) 스토리 기획
a. “기획안”이란와디즈 스토리 제작 작업 전 메이커가 최종 산출물의 방향성을 예측할 수 있도록 방향성을 제시 하는 문서를 의미합니다.
5) 촬영
a. “누끼 컷”이란흰 배경에 제품만 단독으로 놓고 촬영한 사진으로 주로 합성용으로 사용합니다.
b. “상세 컷”이란제품의 일부에 집중하여 상세한 정보까지 확인할 수 있도록 촬영한 사진을 의미합니다.
c. “연출 컷”이란메이커가리워드로 제공 예정인 제품 혹은 서비스를 돋보이게 하기 위한 배경 혹은 소품 등을 준비하여 함께 촬영한 사진을 의미합니다.
d. “촬영 옵션”이란모델, 야외 촬영, 스튜디오 섭외 등과 같이 리워드 촬영 시에 사진의 의도에 맞게 촬영할 수 있도록 부가적으로 필요한 사항을 의미합니다.
e. “촬영 시간”이란스토리에 필요한 사진을 촬영하기 위해 스튜디오, 장비, 인력 등을 준비하는 시간부터 사진 촬영이 모두 완료되는 시점까지의 시간을 의미합니다.
f. “보정 본”이란사진 촬영 완료 후 파트너가 스토리의 톤앤매너에 맞게 색감 등을 수정한 사진을 의미합니다.
6) 디자인
a. “텍스트 gif”란그림, 사진 또는 글자를 움직이게 하여 스토리 내에서 중요하거나 강조가 필요한 부분을 돋보이게 하는 연출을 위한 작업물을 의미합니다.
b. “광고 소재”란 와디즈 타겟 광고에 사용되는 텍스트 또는 이미지를 의미합니다.
c. “유료 소스”란 상세 페이지 제작 시 유료로 판매하는 폰트 또는 이미지 등을 의미합니다.
d. “스톡 이미지”란다수의 구매자가 사용할 법한 이미지들을 사전에 미리 제작한 사진·일러스트·그래픽 이미지를 의미합니다.
e. “와디즈 편집기”란메이커 스튜디오내 스토리 입력 프로그램을 의미합니다.
4. Partner Service Details

5. Items Subject to Additional Fees for Partner Services
If a Makerrequestsadditional work or deliverables beyond the scope of the Partner Service’s standard inclusions, additional fees will generally apply.
The Maker may negotiate these additional fees with the Partner; Wadiz does not intervene in such matters.
1) General
a. When requesting originalphotoor design files
b. When requesting revisions to a story review after the deadline set by Wadiz
c. When requesting revisions that exceed the standard number of revisions
2) Shooting
a. Forthe Integrated PackageSTAGE 1, if you request the shooting and editing of staged shots not included in the package details
b. If the product quantity is too large to complete all shooting within the allotted time, or if additional shooting is required at the maker’s request
c. When product sizes are too large for shooting at Horizon, or when an additional studio must be secured for staged shots
d. When shooting options are added beyond the standard inclusions, such as hiring models, securing a studio outside of Horizon, or outdoor shoots
e. When requesting business trips outside the partner company’s standard service area
3) Design
a. Requests for text or GIF work exceeding the standard quantity provided perproduct
b. Requests for the creation of advertising images exceeding the standard quantity provided per product
c. Requests for design work exceeding the standard scope provided per product
6. Items Not Included in Partner Services
The following items are not included in the scope of partner services.
a. Consulting services such as marketability assessments and reward pricing for products intended for funding
b. Matters related to product planning and design, such as sample production and packaging design
c. Entering information in sections other than the “Story” tab within Maker Studio
d. Matters related to funding project reviews (verifying requirements, preparing required documents, and responding to review feedback)
e. Other tasks outside the scope of the contracted services

9. Important Notes on Using Partner Services
a. Scope of Content Use
a. Use is generally limited to withinWadiz.
b. During the project period, the maker may use the deliverables for marketing purposes on other channels they operate.
c. After the project ends, prior consent from Wadiz must be obtained to use the deliverables for commercial purposes outside of the Wadiz website.
However, if the content of the deliverables is modified, use is permitted without Wadiz’s consent.
b. Work Period
a. The Maker must actively cooperate during the content production process to comply with the contract period agreed upon with Wadiz and its partners.
b. If content production is not completed within the contract period due to reasons or negligence on the part of the Maker, additional costs may be incurred for extending the work period.
c. Additional Costs
a. Additional costs, to be borne by the Maker, will apply for requests beyond the basic inclusions.
b. Additional costs will be finalized after consultation with the Partner.
d. Meetings
a. One preliminary meeting is provided as standard prior tosigningthe Partner Service Agreement. The type of meeting may be changed uponmutual agreementbetween the Partner and the Maker.
b. After the Partner Service Agreement is signed, additional meetings may be held upon mutual agreement between the Maker and the Partner.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Partner Services
If a Maker wishes to canceltheir use of Partner Services, the process is handled in accordance with the regulations below.
1) Cancellation of Service
a. If the Partner Service agreement has not yet been signed, the Maker may cancel the service via written notice, such as email.
However, if a service agreement is not signed following a meeting with the Partner, future use of the service may be restricted.
b. If the Maker wishes to terminate the contract at their discretion during the contract period after signing the Partner Service Agreement,
a portion of the service fees will be refunded after deducting the planning fee, depending on the stage of work.
a. If the Maker’s notice of terminationis receivedbefore the Partner commences work, a penalty fee will be imposed in accordance with the penalty clause, without deducting planning fees or production costs for each service.
b. If the Maker’s notice of termination is received during the planning stage, Wadiz will refund the production costs excluding the planning fees for each service.
c. If the Maker’s notice of termination is issued during the production phase, Wadiz will refund the difference to the Maker after deducting the planning feeforeach service and the production costs corresponding to the Partner’s work progress.
d. Once the project submission is complete, cancellation of service and refunds for service fees are not possible.
c. The refund criteria for production costs for each product are as follows.

11. Apply for the Ansim Care Program - Change of Partner
If a maker wishes to use the Partner Service but finds it difficult to continue working with their currently assigned partner, they may request a partner change to take advantage of the Peace of Mind Care Program.
“Peace of Mind Care” is a system where Wadiz Partner Services directly mediates and resolves issues such as production delays, failure to provide services, or content quality problems that arise during the use of partner services. If it becomes difficult to maintain continuous collaboration with a partner during the content production process, you may change partners once.
If a maker requests a partner change, an additional fee may apply depending on the current project stage, the reason for the change, and the conditions.
1) Definition and Criteria for Project Stages
a. Project stages are divided into the following seven stages: Commencement, Planning, Filming, and Design. A stage is considered complete only after the Maker’s approval (completion) is obtained.
b. Completion of a task is defined as the partner’s task completion notification within ChannelTalk and the Maker’s approval (completion).
(However, if the Maker does not respond to the completion notification within 3 business days, the task is automatically considered complete.)

a. 메이커의 요청 : 메이커는 아래의 상황에서 와디즈 담당자에게 채널톡을 통해 불만 사항 접수 후 파트너 변경을 요청할 수 있습니다.
가. 파트너가 기획안 제작에 착수하기 전 파트너 변경을 요청한 경우
나. 파트너가 메이커의 요청 사항을 반영하기 어려운 중대한 사유가 있는 경우
다. 파트너가 메이커의 정당한 업무 상의 연락을 고의로 받지 않거나 회피하는 경우
라. 메이커의 과실이 없음에도 파트너가 협의 없이 예정된 일정을 지키지 못하는 경우
마. 제작한 산출물에 중대한 품질 상 이슈가 발생하였고 해당 파트너가 수정하기 어려운 경우
b. 파트너의 사정 : 파트너의 사정에 의해 파트너 변경이 발생할 수 있습니다.
가.파트너가 메이커의 스토리 제작을 지속하기 어려운 중대한 사유가 있는 경우
나. 파트너가 메이커의 요청 사항을 반영하기 어려운 중대한 사유가 있는 경우
3) 파트너 변경 배정
a. 메이커의 요청으로 파트너가 변경되는 경우, 와디즈는 아래의 조건에 해당하는 파트너를 추천한 후 메이커가 직접 선택할 수 있습니다.
가. 메이커가 신청한 서비스와 동일한 서비스를 제공하고 제작 완료일 조율이 가능한 파트너
나. 메이커가 원하는 방향성과 요청 사항을 반영할 수 있는 역량이 검증된 파트너
b. 파트너의 사정으로 인하여 파트너 변경이 필요한 경우, 메이커가 특정 파트너 배정을 요청할 수 있으나 해당 파트너의 사정으로 인하여 배정이 불가할 수 있습니다.
4) 파트너 변경 가능 횟수
a. 파트너 변경은 파트너서비스 이용 1회 당 최대 1회만 가능합니다.
5) 파트너 변경 비용
a. 본 정책 11. 2) a의 변경 사유일 경우, 추가 비용이 발생하지 않습니다.
b. 메이커의 단순 변심에 의해 파트너 변경을 요청할 경우, 와디즈는 메이커에게 단계별 과업 비용의 30% 상당의 추가 요금을 청구할 수 있습니다.
c. a, b에 포함되지 않는 사안이 발생했을 경우, 추가 협의가 진행 될 수 있습니다.
6) 파트너 변경 시 스토리 작업물 이관
a. 파트너 변경 시 기존 작업물은 원칙적으로 모두 변경 파트너에게 이관됩니다.
7) 파트너 변경 이후 작업
a. 변경 파트너는 현재 과업 단계에서부터 작업을 시작합니다.
b. 현재 과업 단계가 아닌 이전 과업 단계의 작업을 변경 파트너와 재개할 경우, 이전 과업에 대한 추가금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
c. 파트너가 변경된 경우, 수정 횟수는 기존 작업과 합산 적용되지 않습니다.
8) 파트너 변경 이후 이용 취소 및 환불 요청
a. 파트너 변경 이후 이용 취소를 요청하더라도 파트너서비스 이용 대금 환불은 불가 합니다.
9) 파트너 변경 불가 사유
a. 메이커의 파트너 변경 요청이 있더라도 아래에 해당하는 경우, 와디즈는 메이커의 파트너 변경 요청을 거부할 수 있습니다.
가. 와디즈가 메이커에게 계약 취소 및 서비스 제공 중단을 통지하거나 관련 법에 의거한 손해 배상을 청구할 수 있는 경우
나. 그 밖의 파트너서비스 이용이 적합하지 않다고 판단되는 경우
12. Dispute Resolution Criteria
Requests for revisions and issues raised by creators during content production will be handled according to the guidelines below.
1) Revisions
a. Creators requesting revisions must compile their requests in text and images and submit them in a file format.
Revision counts within the Partner Service will only be deducted for requests submitted in accordance with this format.
The Partner will not respond to revision requests submitted sporadically outside of this process.
However, requests regarding typos, filming errors, design errors, or cases where previously requested changes were not implemented are not counted toward the revision limit.
b. If revision requests exceed the allotted number of revisions, the Partner may charge the Maker for additional revisions.
2) Problem Solving
a. Content Direction
The Maker retains the final decision-making authority regarding the content.
The opinions of partners and other relevant parties (such as the director in charge and the content team) are considered suggestions and advice; in the event of a disagreement, the final decision-making authority rests with the Maker.
b. Unreasonable Revision Requests
If a Maker’s revision request falls outside the scope of the service, Wadiz may refuse the revision or charge an additional fee.
However, even if the request falls outside the scope of services, Wadiz will not intervene in modifications provided through mutual agreement between the Maker and the partner.
c. Requests for reshoots
In principle, reshoots are not permitted. However, the Maker may request a reshootif the Partner’s negligence is evident
(*e.g., use of a model not agreed upon in advance, results significantly different from the shooting references provided by the Maker, or failure to capture elements specified in the proposal).
d. In the event of various disputes arising within the scope of Partner Services, a Wadiz representative may intervene to resolve the issue through the Partner Service Assurance Program.
However, if the scope of the Maker’s or Partner’s request significantly exceeds the items included in the service,
or if the matter cannot be provided in accordance with general industry practices, it will not be covered by the Partner Service Peace of Mind Care Program, and the dispute will be closed without further negotiation.
