1. What is the Partner Services Operating Policy?

("Wadiz") sells and operates partner services that provide content creation and other services in cooperation with external partners to support the successful funding of Makers. This operating policy stipulates the items required to consistently provide quality services to Makers and to ensure that Makers, partners, and Wadiz cooperate based on mutual trust.

2. Scope of Partner Services Operational Policy

This Policy Wadiz Partner Zone Therefore, if you are receiving related services through an external agency or freelancer without going through the partner service application and contract process, it is not within the scope of this service operation policy.

3. Define service terms

본 정책에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 아래와 같습니다. 본 정책에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 아래에서 정하는 것을 제외하고는 관련 법령에서 정하는 바에 의하며, 관련 법령에서 정하지 않는 것은 일반적인 상관례에 의합니다.
 
1) 서비스 제공 항목

파트너서비스란, 메이커가 와디즈 서비스 이용시 필요로 하는 서비스(콘텐츠 제작 등)를 와디즈와 파트너의 협력을 기반으로 제공하는 서비스입니다. 파트너서비스는 아래 항목의 서비스를 제공하며, 파트너서비스 이용 1건 당 1개의 와디즈 프로젝트 스토리를 제작할 수 있습니다.

          a. “스토리”란 “메이커”가 와디즈 홈페이지에서 진행하고자 하는 프로젝트의 상세 페이지를 의미하는 것으로 텍스트, 음성, 화상, 이미지 등의 정보
               또는 자료를 포괄하여 의미합니다.
          b. “기획”이란 프로젝트의 스토리 구성에 대한 기획 및 글 작성 등에 따른 결과물을 의미합니다.

          c. “제작”이란  “기획”을 바탕으로 진행되는 일체의 촬영 서비스와 디자인 업무를 포괄하여 의미합니다.
          d. “촬영 서비스”란  “메이커”의 스토리 작성을 위해 리워드로 제공할 제품 혹은 서비스 등을 촬영 및 보정, gif 파일 제작하는 등의 작업을 포괄하여 의미합니다.
          e. “디자인”이란 “기획” 및 “제작”을 바탕으로 “스토리”를 시각화 하는 일체의 작업을 의미합니다.

 
2) 서비스 유형
파트너서비스는 제공 파트너 레벨 및 최종 산출물에 따라 STAGE1, STAGE2, STAGE3로 구분합니다. 서비스 유형 별 포함사항은 ‘4. 파트너서비스 세부 사항’을 따릅니다.
 
3) 공통
          a. “메이커 미팅”이란메이커와 파트너가 와디즈 스토리를 제작하기 위해 논의하는 시간을 의미합니다.
                    i. “사전 미팅”이란  메이커와 파트너가  매칭된 이후 최초 연락을 통해 간단한 방향성과 제작 일정을 조율하는 미팅을 말합니다.
                    ii. “착수 미팅”이란 계약 및 결제가 완료된 이후 본격적인 업무 착수를 위해 기획 방향성을 공유하고 의견을 맞춰가는 미팅을 말합니다.
          b. “수정 횟수”란 파트너의 작업물에 대해 메이커가 수정 혹은 변경을 요청할 수 있는 횟수를 의미합니다.
          c. “스토리 입력”이란  메이커 스튜디오 내에 와디즈 상세 페이지를 업로드 하는 업무를 의미합니다.
          d.“심의 수정”이란 메이커 스튜디오에 프로젝트 제출 후 와디즈에서 스토리 수정을 요청하는 사항에 대해 반영하는 작업을 의미합니다.
          e. “작업 기간”이란 메이커의 스토리를 제작하기 위해 파트너가 메이커가 전달한 자료를 스터디 하기 시작하는 시점부터 계약서 상에 기재된 용역 제공이
               모두 완료되는 시점까지의 기간을 의미합니다.
          f. “저작물 사용 범위”란 와디즈가 제작한 와디즈 스토리를 와디즈가 아닌 타 채널에 노출이 가능한 범위를 의미합니다.
          g. “원본”이란 파트너가 촬영 혹은 디자인 작업 후 수정하거나 변경하지 않은 파일을 의미합니다.
 
4) 스토리 기획
          a. “기획안”이란와디즈 스토리 제작 작업 전 메이커가 최종 산출물의 방향성을 예측할 수 있도록 방향성을 제시 하는 문서를 의미합니다.
 
5) 촬영
          a. “누끼 컷”이란흰 배경에 제품만 단독으로 놓고 촬영한 사진으로 주로 합성용으로 사용합니다.
          b. “상세 컷”이란제품의 일부에 집중하여 상세한 정보까지 확인할 수 있도록 촬영한 사진을 의미합니다.
          c. “연출 컷”이란메이커가리워드로 제공 예정인 제품 혹은 서비스를 돋보이게 하기 위한 배경 혹은 소품 등을 준비하여 함께 촬영한 사진을 의미합니다.
          d. “촬영 옵션”이란모델, 야외 촬영, 스튜디오 섭외 등과 같이 리워드 촬영 시에 사진의 의도에 맞게 촬영할 수 있도록 부가적으로 필요한 사항을 의미합니다.
          e. “촬영 시간”이란스토리에 필요한 사진을 촬영하기 위해 스튜디오, 장비, 인력 등을 준비하는 시간부터 사진 촬영이 모두 완료되는 시점까지의 시간을 의미합니다.
          f. “보정 본”이란사진 촬영 완료 후 파트너가 스토리의 톤앤매너에 맞게 색감 등을 수정한 사진을 의미합니다.
 
6) 디자인

          a. “텍스트 gif”란그림, 사진 또는 글자를 움직이게 하여 스토리 내에서 중요하거나 강조가 필요한 부분을 돋보이게 하는 연출을 위한 작업물을 의미합니다.
          b. “광고 소재”란 와디즈 타겟 광고에 사용되는 텍스트 또는 이미지를 의미합니다.
          c. “유료 소스”란 상세 페이지 제작 시 유료로 판매하는 폰트 또는 이미지 등을 의미합니다.
          d. “스톡 이미지”란다수의 구매자가 사용할 법한 이미지들을 사전에 미리 제작한 사진·일러스트·그래픽 이미지를 의미합니다.
          e. “와디즈 편집기”란메이커 스튜디오내 스토리 입력 프로그램을 의미합니다.

5. Items that incur additional costs for Partner Services

If the Maker requests additional tasks or deliverables that exceed the scope of the basic inclusion of the Partner Service, additional fees will be charged in principle.
The Maker may discuss the additional fees with the Partner, and Wadiz will not be involved in such matters.


1) Common
a. requests original files of photos, designs, etc.
b. Requests for story review revisions beyond the deadline set by Wadiz
c. Requests for revisions that exceed the default number of revisions.

2) Filming
a. When requesting to shoot and revise directed cuts that are not included in the offerings when applicable to the Integration Pack STAGE1
b. When the quantity of products is so large that it is difficult to complete all filming within the time limit, or when additional filming is conducted at the request of the manufacturer.
c. The product size is so large that it cannot be photographed in the horizontal zone, or an additional studio is required for the production cut.
d. When additional shooting options are added beyond the basic inclusions, such as hiring a model, hiring a production studio outside of the Horizon, or shooting outdoors.
e. When requesting travel outside of the partner's basic activity area, etc.

6. Partner Services not included

The scope of the Partner Services does not include
a. Consulting on product productivity evaluation, reward price design, etc. for products to be funded.
b. Matters related to product planning and design, such as sample production, package design, etc.
c. Input outside of the "Create Story" tab within Maker Studio
d. Matters related to funding project review (checking requirements and preparing required documents, responding to review feedback)
e. Other tasks outside the scope of the contracted services

9. Notes on using partner services

a. Scope of Content Use
A. is intended for use within Wadiz.
b. Deliverables may be utilized for marketing purposes on other channels operated by the Maker for the duration of the project.
c. After the project ends, you must obtain Wadiz's consent in advance to use the results for commercial purposes other than on the Wadiz homepage.
However, if you change the content of the deliverables, you do not need Wadiz's consent to use them.

b. Work Period
a. The Maker shall actively cooperate with Wadiz and its partners during the content creation process to comply with the contractual period agreed upon.
b. If the content production is not completed within the contract period due to any reason or negligence on the part of the Maker, the Maker may be charged for the additional work period.

C. Additional Costs
a. Any additional requests beyond the basic inclusions will incur additional costs borne by the Maker.
B. Additional costs will be finalized after consultation with the partner.

d. Meetings
A. One preliminary meeting is provided as standard before signing a contract to use the Partner Service. The type of meeting can be changed by consultation between the Partner and the Maker.
b. After the conclusion of the Partner Service Use Agreement, additional meetings can be held in consultation with the manufacturer and the partner.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a Maker wishes to cancel the use of the Partner Service, we will handle it according to the following rules.

1) Cancellation of use
a. If it is before the contract to use the Partner Service, the Maker may cancel the use of the Service through written notice such as email.
However, if you do not sign a service contract after the meeting with the partner, you may be restricted from using the service in the future.
b. If the Maker wishes to terminate the contract arbitrarily during the contract period after signing the Partner Service Agreement,
After deducting the planning fee, we will refund a portion of the service fee according to the stage of work.
a. If the time of the Maker's notice of termination is before the commencement of Partner's work, a penalty shall be charged in accordance with the Penalty Clause without deduction of planning and production costs per service.
b. If the Maker's notice of termination is during the planning phase, Wadiz will refund the production fee, less the planning fee per service.
c. If the Maker's notice of termination is during the production phase, Wadiz will reimburse the Maker for the difference between the per-service planning fee and the production fee based on the Partner's stage of work.
d. After the project submission is completed, the service cannot be canceled and the service fee cannot be refunded.
c. The criteria for refunding the production fee for each product are as follows.

11. Apply for Peace of Mind Care - Change Partner

If a maker intends to use the Partner Service, but finds it difficult to continue working with the currently assigned partner, they can apply for a change of partner to apply the Safe Care System.
"Safe Care" is a system that directly coordinates and resolves issues such as production delays, non-provision of services, and content quality in the process of using the partner service. If it is difficult to continue working with a partner during the content creation process, the maker can change partners only once.
If a maker requests to change partners, a certain amount of money may be added depending on the current project stage, reason for changing partners, and conditions.


1) Task phase definition and criteria
a. The task phase is divided into the following seven stages: Initiation, Planning, Shooting, Design, and the completion of the task is considered to be completed only after obtaining the Maker's consent (completion).
b. The completion of the task is defined as the completion of the task by the partner in ChannelTalk and the maker's consent (completion).
(However, if the maker does not respond to the completion notice for 3 business days, the task is automatically considered completed.)

2) Reassurance Care Plan - Reasons to change partners

          a. 메이커의 요청 : 메이커는 아래의 상황에서 와디즈 담당자에게 채널톡을 통해 불만 사항 접수 후 파트너 변경을 요청할 수 있습니다.
                    가. 파트너가 기획안 제작에 착수하기 전 파트너 변경을 요청한 경우
                    나. 파트너가 메이커의 요청 사항을 반영하기 어려운 중대한 사유가 있는 경우
                    다. 파트너가 메이커의 정당한 업무 상의 연락을 고의로 받지 않거나 회피하는 경우
                    라. 메이커의 과실이 없음에도 파트너가 협의 없이 예정된 일정을 지키지 못하는 경우
                    마. 제작한 산출물에 중대한 품질 상 이슈가 발생하였고 해당 파트너가 수정하기 어려운 경우

          b. 파트너의 사정 : 파트너의 사정에 의해 파트너 변경이 발생할 수 있습니다.
                    가.파트너가 메이커의 스토리 제작을 지속하기 어려운 중대한 사유가 있는 경우
                    나. 파트너가 메이커의 요청 사항을 반영하기 어려운 중대한 사유가 있는 경우

3) 파트너 변경 배정
          a. 메이커의 요청으로 파트너가 변경되는 경우, 와디즈는 아래의 조건에 해당하는 파트너를 추천한 후 메이커가 직접 선택할 수 있습니다.
                    가. 메이커가 신청한 서비스와 동일한 서비스를 제공하고 제작 완료일 조율이 가능한 파트너
                    나. 메이커가 원하는 방향성과 요청 사항을 반영할 수 있는 역량이 검증된 파트너
          b. 파트너의 사정으로 인하여 파트너 변경이 필요한 경우, 메이커가 특정 파트너 배정을 요청할 수 있으나 해당 파트너의 사정으로 인하여 배정이 불가할 수 있습니다.
 
4) 파트너 변경 가능 횟수
          a. 파트너 변경은 파트너서비스 이용 1회 당 최대 1회만 가능합니다.
 
5) 파트너 변경 비용
          a. 본 정책 11. 2) a의 변경 사유일 경우, 추가 비용이 발생하지 않습니다.
          b. 메이커의 단순 변심에 의해 파트너 변경을 요청할 경우, 와디즈는 메이커에게 단계별 과업 비용의 30% 상당의 추가 요금을 청구할 수 있습니다.
          c. a, b에 포함되지 않는 사안이 발생했을 경우, 추가 협의가 진행 될 수 있습니다. 
 
6) 파트너 변경 시 스토리 작업물 이관
          a. 파트너 변경 시 기존 작업물은 원칙적으로 모두 변경 파트너에게 이관됩니다.
 
7) 파트너 변경 이후 작업
          a. 변경 파트너는 현재 과업 단계에서부터 작업을 시작합니다.
          b. 현재 과업 단계가 아닌 이전 과업 단계의 작업을 변경 파트너와 재개할 경우, 이전 과업에 대한 추가금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
          c. 파트너가 변경된 경우, 수정 횟수는 기존 작업과 합산 적용되지 않습니다.

8) 파트너 변경 이후 이용 취소 및 환불 요청
          a. 파트너 변경 이후 이용 취소를 요청하더라도 파트너서비스 이용 대금 환불은 불가 합니다.

9) 파트너 변경 불가 사유
          a. 메이커의 파트너 변경 요청이 있더라도 아래에 해당하는 경우, 와디즈는 메이커의 파트너 변경 요청을 거부할 수 있습니다.
                    가. 와디즈가 메이커에게 계약 취소 및 서비스 제공 중단을 통지하거나 관련 법에 의거한 손해 배상을 청구할 수 있는 경우
                    나. 그 밖의 파트너서비스 이용이 적합하지 않다고 판단되는 경우

12. Dispute Resolution Standards

We handle Maker requests for edits and issues that arise during content creation based on the following criteria

1) Modifications
a. Makers requesting modifications must organize their requests into text and images and deliver them in a file format.
Only if the request is made in this form, the number of revisions within the Partner Service will be deducted.
We do not respond to sporadic revision requests.
However, requests for typos, photographic errors, design errors, and requests that do not reflect previous requests are not included in the number of revisions.

b. If you request more revisions than the number of revisions, Partner may charge the Maker for the additional revisions.

2) Troubleshooting
a. Content Direction
The decision-making power over content rests with the Maker.
The opinions of the Partner and other parties (such as the Director and content team) are judged as suggestions and advice, and the Maker has the final decision-making authority in case of disagreement.

b. Unreasonable modification requests
If a Maker's modification request does not fall within the scope of service provision, we may refuse to modify or charge additional fees.
However, even if it is outside the scope of service provision, Wadiz is not involved in the modifications provided by the Maker and the partner in consultation.

C. Requests for Reshoots
In principle, reshooting is not possible. However, the Maker may request a reshoot if the Partner's negligence is evident.
(*Using a model that was not negotiated in advance, results that are significantly different from the shooting reference provided by the Maker, or if the content of the proposal was not filmed, etc.

d. In the event of various disputes within the scope of Partner Service provision, a Wadiz representative may intervene and resolve the issue through the Partner Service Safe Care System.
However, if the scope of the Maker's or Partner's request is significantly outside the scope of the service,
or if it is not possible to provide the service according to the general practice, the dispute will be closed without coordination because it does not apply to the Partner Service Reassurance Care System.
