🥇 TOP 1. GOVERNMENT-FUNDED PROJECTS - HOW DO I PAY FOR GOVERNMENT FUNDING?

*The process is the same as existing Makers from the service application stage to the partner meeting stage.

1️⃣ First of all, please pay at the maker's expense (Organization → Wadiz)
- For partner services, please pay in advance and then pay the maker's cost as the production progresses.
💡If you are able to pay directly to Wadiz from a government organization before the service starts, please share it with us!
Card payment is recommended: It is easy to refund later.

2️⃣ Work with a partner to create a Wadiz story (detail page).

3️⃣ Receive and reimburse government funding from a government-funded project (funding organization).
- Once you've completed your production, prove the details to the funding organization.
- Share with them that you'll be making a payment to Wadiz.
(We'll send you a copy of your Wadiz passbook and the amount you need to pay).

4️⃣ Request a refund of an existing payment
- If the funding is confirmed, Wadiz will refund the original amount paid by the maker.
Refunds are available up to 1 month after the detailed page 'Production'.
Wadiz is not responsible if you are unable to receive the funds due to various reasons during the verification process after prepayment.
Please be sure to check the support conditions of the project before proceeding.

 

 

🥈TOP 2. Government Supported Projects Documentation is required to participate in a supported project

💡 In Wadiz available documents and other documents are available upon request by email.

Available Standard quotation, Wadiz business license, copy of Wadiz bankbook, tax invoice (after payment), transaction statement
Unavailable Task orders, results reports and stamps, documents requiring other stamps, etc.

 

 

🥉TOP 3. Government-supported projects What happens after applying for partner services?

After applying for the partner service, the process is as follows, click the image for more details!

1️⃣ Apply for service
- After completing the partner service application, please check your email for a confirmation of receipt.
- Wadiz Partner Service will notify you via email about the next steps in the application process.

2️⃣ Share to Wadiz: Share if you are working on a government-funded project
-If you are working on a government-funded project, please share it with Wadiz (partner-biz@wadiz.kr)
- If you share your project with us, we will provide you with further guidance such as payment and documentation.
Wadiz is not responsible if you are unable to receive the subsidy due to various reasons during the verification process.

3️⃣ Partner Matching and Meeting
- Partners will be matched based on the matching method selected by the maker during the application process.
- After matching, we will conduct a brief meeting (via phone) before signing a contract, and a full-scale virtual/in-person meeting after finalizing the partner.

4️⃣ Payment
