We’ve compiled and answered the top three questions most frequently asked by makers, so please be sure to review them before applying for the grant program!
🥇 TOP 1. Government-Supported Programs – How do I make payments for government grants?
*The process from the service application stage through the partner meeting stage is the same as for existing makers.
1️⃣ First, please pay the Maker’s fees. (Organizations can pay Wadiz fees)
– Since partner services require payment in advance before production begins, please pay using the Maker’s account first.
💡If your government agency can pay Wadiz directly before the service begins, please let us know!
※ We recommend paying by credit card: this makes the refund process easier later on.
2️⃣ We’ll work with you to create your Wadiz Story (product page).
3️⃣ We will use government grants received from government support programs (supporting agencies) to make the payment.
– After production is complete, submit your project page to the funding agency as proof.
– Please let us know that you plan to use the grant funds to make a payment through Wadiz.
(We will provide you with a copy of Wadiz’s bank account information and the required payment amount.)
4️⃣ Request for Refund of Previous Payment
– Once the grant payment is confirmed, Wadiz will refund the amount you previously paid.
※ Refunds are available within one month after the “Production” stage on the project page.
※ Wadiz is not liable if the grant is not received due to various reasons during the verification process following the advance payment.
Please be sure to check the eligibility requirements and other details of the grant program in advance before proceeding.
🥈TOP 2. Government-Supported Programs – Documents are required to participate in the support program
💡 On Wadiz, only the documents we can provide , and any documents other than the contract will be provided upon request via email.

🥉TOP 3. Government Support Programs – What happens after I apply for Partner Services?
After applying for the Partner Service, the process proceeds as follows. Click the image to view the details!
1️⃣ Apply for the service
– After completing your Partner Service application, please check your inbox for the confirmation email.
– Wadiz Partner Services will send you an email with instructions on the next steps after your application is received.
2️⃣ Share with Wadiz: Let us know if you are participating in a government-supported program
– If you areproceeding with a government-supported project, please let Wadiz know (partner-biz@wadiz.kr)
– Sharing this information in advance ensures a smoother process for payment and document submission
※ Wadiz is not responsible if you fail to receive the grant for any reason during the verification process.
3️⃣ Partner Matching and Meetings
– We will match you with a partner based on the matching method you selected during the application process
– After matching, we’ll hold a brief introductory meeting (via phone) before signing the contract, and once the partner is finalized, we’ll proceed with full-scale virtual or in-person meetings.
4️⃣ Payment
