"Reliable Quality," "Flexible Communication," and "Mutual Growth" are These are the key characteristics of a Wadiz official partner.
Hello, professionals! Today, we’d like to talk with the professionals who serve as key figures in partner selection and management to discuss Wadiz’s official partners.
First, who are Wadiz’s official partners?
Jung Jae-beom: To put it simply “a partner that’s great to officially work with when preparing a campaign on Wadiz.” . If you prepare your campaign with an official Wadiz partner, I believe you can at least avoid issues related to poor quality or excessive costs. After all, these are partners selected by Wadiz based on strict criteria.

Your response really conveys your unwavering trust in your official partners. Could you tell us what process you used to select Wadiz’s official partners?
Jung Jae-beom, Project Director: The first round involved a quantitative evaluation based on application materials, and the second round involved a qualitative evaluation through interviews. During the document review, we thoroughly reviewed references of previously created product detail pages as well as feedback from Wadiz PDs (Project Directors) with experience collaborating with partners to verify their professional capabilities. During the interview, we assessed partners’ work ethic and communication skills.

You mentioned that during the interview process, you focused on work attitude and communication skills. What kind of attitude and communication skills did you look for in the partners you selected?
Jung Jae-beom: First of all , We selected partners who were flexible and who could accurately grasp the intent behind interview questions. We did this because we believed the behavior they displayed during the interview would be the same behavior they would show the maker during the project. We put a lot of effort into crafting questions designed to find partners who could flexibly accommodate the maker’s requirements and accurately grasp the maker’s underlying intentions.
Park Eun-hyun: So “Reliable Quality,” “Flexible Communication,” “Mutual Growth”are the key qualities I look for in a Wadiz official partner. Since these partners are selected through a rigorous screening process, I believe you can expect consistently high-quality results. They are also people who can engage in flexible communication—clearly understanding what the maker wants while guiding the project toward a successful outcome. And most importantly, I believe they are people with a genuine desire to grow alongside the maker.

It seems you have set some strict criteria. What is the reason for these criteria? Do you plan to continue using the same criteria when selecting partners in the future?
Jung Jae-beom: The most fundamental reason to build a ‘network of good partners’. I believe that the fundamental quality of a ‘good partner’ is communication skills. Personally, I believe that through dialogue with a collaborative partner, a 70-point result can be upgraded to a 100-point result. To maximize work performance to 100%, I focused on selecting partners who can effectively guide makers to articulate what they want and clearly explain what is possible and what is not.
Park Eun-hyun: We plan to further refine our criteria for selecting partners. For example, we intend to include problem-solving skills—such as the ability to respond appropriately and resolve issues effectively even in situations with many variables— problem-solving skills. This is because various unpredictable situations can arise when partners are communicating with makers. Of course, we plan to consistently maintain the core principle of selecting “partners who possess both expertise and a deep understanding of Wadiz.”.
Once official partners have been selected, ongoing support will be crucial. Please tell us about your plans for the future partner management system.
Park Eun-hyun: As an official partner, I think it’s important to help ensure the sustainability of your business. We need to design diverse educational programs so that partners can grow alongside Wadiz and the makers. I want to plan a diverse range of training programs. I want to create opportunities for partners who already possess strong capabilities to further enhance their skills a platform. Therefore, I’d say the ultimate goal is to create a virtuous cycle by providing more opportunities to partners who clearly understand the mission of Wadiz’s Partner Business Team and maintain trust as official Wadiz partners.

Jung Jae-beom: Since a "high-quality partner network" is at the heart of our partner services , we plan to implement a "partner tier system" to ensure that, even after selection, Wadiz official partners remain valuable business partners for both Wadiz and the makers. We are also planning a ‘partner rating system’. Since it’s difficult to verify everything perfectly through the selection process alone, we intend to manage partners appropriately through a combination of incentives and accountability as we work together in practice.
Throughout the interview, I could clearly sensewere clearly evident.
“We hope to see a wider variety of partners who can be officially utilized when using Wadiz” May the range of such partners continue to expand, and may more makers and partners join Wadiz and the Partner Business Team ‘grow together’ together.
