Wadiz Official Partner Policy

This document outlines the official partner policy for Wadiz.

Guidelines for Official Partners

These Official Partner Guidelines have been established to strengthen mutual trust and cooperation between Wadiz and its partners, and to outline the responsibilities and obligations of Official Partners.
We hope that you will comply with the following obligations as a partner to help build a relationship of trust with Wadiz, our officially selected partner, and maintain a sustainable partnership with the Wadiz Partner Business Team.
• Unless Wadiz provides prior written consent, the Partner may not engage in discussions related to this Agreement—such as holding meetings exclusively with Makers connected through Wadiz—nor may the Partner enter into any contract regarding the execution of a Wadiz funding project independently, without Wadiz’s mediation.
• After the official partnership agreement ends, the Partner may use the work performed or the deliverables as part of a portfolio or promotional materials; however, the Partner shall not disseminate any information regarding such work that is exaggerated, false, or misleading.
• Unless a contract has been entered into through Wadiz as an official partner, the maker is obligated to explain the difference between the Partner Service and a direct contract to ensure that potential customers do not mistake the arrangement for the Partner Service. Furthermore, the maker shall not abuse their official partner status or employ untrustworthy commercial strategies toward potential or existing customers.
• If you need to use the title of "Official Partner" on sites other than Wadiz, you must obtain Wadiz's prior written consent.
If you violate these guidelines during the provision of services, including direct contracts, and fall under the penalty provisions, measures such as the revocation of your official partner status may be taken.
