We allow up to two revisions to the proposal, and the final proposal will be delivered as a DOCX file.
To ensure the proposal is as thorough as possible, we may request additional materials beyond the interview notes.
If you change the overall direction of the story while the proposal is being developed, additional fees may apply.

For any other required documents, please check the list of acceptable and unacceptable documents and request them via email.

When is the tax invoice issued?
We issue invoices at the end of the month in which the service was completed.

How many revisions are included?
A total of 2 planning sessions and 2 design sessions will be provided.
If you compile all your requests into a single submission, it will count as one session; however, if you submit two separate requests, they will be counted as two sessions. Therefore, please compile all your revisions into a single submission.
If you request extensive revisions that require changes to the proposal’s content or the creation of entirely new work, Mate may, at its discretion, ask the creator to discuss the matter separately. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of revisions exceeding the allotted limit.
*Reshoots are not permitted.
Since this would require rescheduling the shoot and re-editing the selected photos, please consult with your photographer if a reshoot is necessary.
Some changes have been made since the review. I'd like to ask my mate to make some additional revisions.
This service does not include post-delivery revisions based on feedback. If revisions are needed, please consult with Mate to arrange for paid revisions.
Are there any additional costs incurred during production?
Any costs not included in the standard service package may be subject to additional charges .
